Every new Xidax desktop and laptop comes with Lifetime Service & Labor plus a 2-Year Parts warranty. Standard, on every system.

• Lifetime Service & Labor — for as long as you own the system, we don’t charge you labor to diagnose and fix covered hardware. Our US-based techs handle it. Real people who build these machines, not an offshore script.
• 2-Year Parts — a Xidax-backed hardware warranty on your core components: motherboard, CPU, GPU, memory, storage, and power supply. Liquid-cooling parts, monitors, and peripherals are covered for one year.

If a covered part fails, we repair or replace it and handle the RMA for you. You don’t chase manufacturers — that’s our job.

Keeping the rig for the long haul? Add Lifetime Parts & Labor in the cart at checkout. It’s an optional upgrade that extends your parts coverage for the life of the system. If you tend to hold onto a PC for years, it’s the one worth grabbing.
