We can often accommodate changes if your order hasn't yet entered the build queue. Contact our team as soon as possible at 1-877-943-2972 or [email protected] to request a modification. Changes may affect your total price and estimated ship date.
Most custom systems are built and shipped within 3–5 business days. Build times may vary during peak periods or for specialty components. You'll receive email updates as your order moves through production, QC, and shipping.

Xidax systems include a lifetime service and labor warranty, as well as parts coverage ranging from 2 years to lifetime depending on your configuration. Coverage is subject to the terms and exclusions in your warranty documentation and applies to manufacturer defects under normal use conditions.
Yes. Certain components may have limited or no warranty coverage. This includes but is not limited to:
- Coolers
- Custom liquid cooling loops (X-10 Loop configurations)
- Overclocked components
- Accessories

Warranty repairs are handled at our facility in Midvale, Utah. Shipping coverage depends on when you purchased your system:
- Within 30 days of purchase: Xidax covers shipping both ways, though the customer is responsible for any packaging materials. If you no longer have the original packaging, we recommend having your system professionally packed at a local shipping store.
- 30 days to 1 year: You are responsible for one-way shipping to our facility. If you no longer have the original packaging, we recommend having your system professionally packed at a local shipping store.
- After 1 year: You are responsible for shipping both ways as well as any packaging costs.
Most warranty repairs are completed within 3–5 business days of receiving your system. Repairs requiring special order parts may take longer, and turnaround times may be extended during peak periods. You will be updated throughout the process.
Yes. Overclocking components beyond factory specifications voids warranty coverage on those components and may affect coverage on related hardware. Xidax systems are built and tested to manufacturer-rated specifications.

All Xidax systems are packaged using custom foam inserts, double-box construction, and internal component support to minimize movement during transit.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your carrier tracking number. You can also view your order status from your Xidax account. If you ordered an X-10, you will receive a separate email to schedule your delivery.
Document the damage immediately with photos and do not discard any packaging. Contact Xidax support within 1–3 days of delivery at 1-877-943-2972 option 2 or [email protected]. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the claim and arrange a repair.
Yes. Every shipment sent with a label from Xidax is covered by shipping insurance. If you choose to ship your system in without a Xidax-provided label, you are responsible for ensuring the shipment is properly insured.
All product returns must take place within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, whether a refund is requested before or after shipment of the system. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted without prior written authorization from an authorized Xidax team member. If approved, a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price will apply.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins; however, a 20% cancellation fee may apply. Contact us as soon as possible at 1-877-943-2972 option 1 or [email protected] if you need to cancel. Special order (SPO) components are non-refundable once ordered.
Contact Xidax support at 1-877-943-2972 option 2 or [email protected]. We will troubleshoot remotely where possible and arrange warranty service if needed. Defective-on-arrival systems are prioritized.
Unopened accessories and peripherals may be returned within 30 days with original packaging. Software licenses are non-refundable once activated.

Yes. While your parts warranty may have expired, all Xidax systems come with a lifetime labor warranty. If parts need to be replaced outside of your parts warranty coverage, you will be responsible for the cost of those parts.
We can assist with OS reinstallation as part of a service request. Data recovery depends on the nature of the failure and is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of important data.
First, ensure all cables and connections are secure, including the power cable and any internal components that may have shifted during shipping. If the issue persists, do not attempt to reseat components or open the system. Please call us at 1-877-943-2972 option 2 or email us at [email protected] for help.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and financing through our approved lending partners.
Yes. Financing is available through our approved lenders. Approval and terms are subject to the lender's credit requirements. Apply at checkout. Financing availability may vary.
Payment is collected at the time of order placement. For financed orders, your first payment will be due according to your lender's schedule.
Yes. Xidax processes payments through PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Yes. Xidax complies with applicable California consumer protection regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California PC energy efficiency standards. California residents have specific rights regarding their personal data; contact us for full details.
