Desktop Warranty

All Xidax Desktop PCs are covered for the lifetime of the system. The Xidax desktop lifetime warranty includes phone support as well as parts coverage.

Who's responsible for shipping?

If the hardware system is defective within the first 45 days Xidax will cover the costs shipping the item back. If defect is found after the 45 day period the customer is responsible for shipment to and from Xidax.


Laptop Warranty

Customer support will be provided for however long you own your Xidax laptop computer. Parts are covered by default for 2 years, and additional coverage can be purchased via the upgrade center when you configure your Xidax laptop.

2) How long does it take for my order to ship?

Depending on complexity, most orders ship within 6-9 business days.

3) How can I check the status of my order?

Xidax will update you three times during the order process: 1) when your payment is accepted, 2) when we begin building your system(s), 3) when your order ships. To track your order, simply create an account using the email address you placed your order with and log-in to the "My Account" panel.

4) Where do I download my NVIDIA drivers?

NVIDIA video drivers can be downloaded from http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us make sure to select the proper video card series.

5) Can I update my order after it has been submitted?

The only way an order can be updated after placing it is by calling Xidax customer service at 877-XIDAX-PCS.
