Do you offer financing?

Where is my order?
You may log into your account to check the status of your order. Statuses include:

Order Placed: Your order has been accepted and awaits the selected parts to be paired.
Pre-Pulled: Your build is mostly ready — main components have been set aside to await the arrival of a missing part.
Building: Your system is actively being hand-built.
Quality Control: Your system is undergoing stress testing and driver fine-tuning.
Preparing to Ship: Your system has passed QC and is being packaged for shipment.
Can I trade in my PC?
Yes, you may trade in your old Xidax for a brand-new one. Contact a rep today through our online chat to check the current trade-in value.
What does pre-pulled status mean?
When your system is pre-pulled it means your main components have been set aside to await the arrival of a missing part and will be hand-built with care upon arrival.
How long for QC?
Quality Control usually takes 24-48 hours. During this time, we stress-test your system and fine-tune your drivers and settings to ensure you get a quality computer. If your system has been in QC for longer, feel free to reach out to our support team.
Do you handle corporate accounts?

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Shipping depends on the speed you select at checkout and the distance from our facility. General estimates:

West Coast: ~2 days
Midwest: 3-4 days
Southern States: 4-5 days
East Coast: 5-7 days

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer international shipping through FedEx to 130 countries. You may check with FedEx for specific delivery services available to your country.
How long does it take to ship a Ready-to-Ship PC?
Most of our Ready-to-Ship PCs will ship within 1-2 business days. See our FAQ for current estimates.
Will my order be shipped today?
Orders updated to Preparing-to-Ship status before 2:30 PM MST will ship that same day. Orders updated after 2:30 PM MST will ship out the following business day.

Returns

How do I make a return?
All returns must be authorized by a team member — call or chat with us today!

Important policies:
• All product returns must take place within thirty (30) days of purchase and are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee whether a refund is requested before or after shipment of the System. Customer pays for shipping on any return.
• Product returns after thirty (30) days will not be accepted without prior written authorization of an authorized Xidax team member and, if approved, will be charged a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price.
• All deposits to hold, reserve, or custom-configure merchandise are non-refundable.
• Microsoft Windows and Office products, digital license keys, downloadable software, and any activated or electronically delivered software products will not be accepted for return, refund, or credit at any time.
• Customer acknowledges that Systems are custom-configured and that the restocking fee represents a reasonable estimate of administrative costs, payment processing fees, configuration labor, inspection, testing, inventory depreciation, and resale risk, and is not a penalty. Nothing in this Section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

Warranty

What warranty does my desktop computer come with?
Select custom Xidax desktop computers are eligible for an unheard-of Lifetime Parts & Service Guarantee that nobody else can match. That means if your hard drive blows up in 10 years, we'll replace it. Visit our Lifetime Warranty page for full details.
I think a part died in my computer. Is this covered under warranty?
If your part fails during normal use, it is covered under the warranty period specified on your original invoice. However, the warranty does not cover any physical or liquid damage. For full warranty details, please visit our Lifetime Warranty page or contact support.

Do you sell monitors?
We do not sell stand-alone parts. If you are buying a system you can add one to your order. Or if you have bought a computer in the past we can set up a part order for you.
Does my PC come fully assembled?
Yes, your system will be ready to go out of the box. You will need to remove the internal packaging first, but after that, plug everything in and you are ready to enjoy your brand new Xidax!
What CPU should I choose?
The CPU you need depends on what you plan to use your PC for. Talk with one of our team members today to find the right parts for you!
How much FPS will I get?
FPS can vary depending on factors like hardware, settings, and resolution. If you're looking to build a system to run a specific FPS, talk to one of our team members today. You can also check out our Shop by Game page to find systems matched to your favorite games.
What graphics card should I choose?

How long does it take for a custom PC to be built?
Most Xidax computers are built and ship in just a few days! The custom water-cooled X-10 can take a couple of weeks. Check our website FAQ for the most updated estimates, especially during peak seasons.

How do I control my RGB?
Our computer RGB can be controlled in a few different ways depending on your hardware. Common options include motherboard software (like ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light, or Gigabyte RGB Fusion) and peripheral-specific apps. If you need help identifying which software to use for your specific build, contact our tech support team.
Why is my display not showing?
There could be many reasons your display is not showing. If this is your first time setting up, please be certain your monitor cable is plugged into your GPU port, not your motherboard. The GPU ports are typically lower on the back of the PC. If you're still having issues, try a different cable or monitor, and contact our tech support team for further assistance.
