How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Gather info: serial number, purchase email, and a description of the issue.
  2. Contact us: open a support ticket, call, or start chat.
  3. We’ll diagnose: our techs may request logs, photos, or a short video.
  4. Resolution: repair in‑house, coordinate an RMA, or ship parts for install.

Shipping Coverage

For repairs / RMAs, Xidax will help cover shipping costs, depending on the timing of your claim:

Registration & Ownership

Registration: Your warranty is tied to your order; registering your serial helps us find it faster.
Ownership: Coverage applies while you own the PC. For second‑hand ownership, contact support with proof of purchase so we can assist.
Upgrades: Adding RAM or storage? No problem. If you’re unsure about compatibility, ask us first and we’ll help.

Yes—lifetime service & labor means diagnostics and repair labor from XIDAX technicians for as long as you own your system.
Are parts free during my selected warranty?
Parts are covered by their manufacturer warranties. We’ll help coordinate RMAs and install replacement parts.
Do you cover accidental damage?
Accidental damage (drops, liquid, etc.) and cosmetic wear aren’t covered.
Can I upgrade my PC without voiding coverage?
Yes. Upgrades like RAM and storage are fine. If you’re adding components, keep things within spec and contact us if you’re unsure.
