I love my build had 3 laptops now and thus one runs very quite the 5090 card is way better then the 4090 as sit ran hot with this one im on max setting and it barley breaks a sweat. As far as price you get what you pay for if you get a HP yes it will play but not on the level as this computer does there is nothing that this one can't play or do. Yes buy one like my build and you will be happy for life.

Honestly with this being my first PC it’s not too bad. The only thing I’ve noticed is a couple of markings on the glass like stickers were taken off of the glass on the inside of the case like it was already used. But as far as it goes everything seems to work great I haven’t had any issues setting it up either which is awesome. The specs are a little unusual but it works!!!!! I love the build honestly it handles quite a lot and I do appreciate this company for sending me this because it has brought me to a new world of gaming.

Just plugged in my 2nd xidax PC, and it runs perfectly. After 2 builds, I can honestly say these guys are the best. Zero issues with either pc. They’ve given me a lead time of about 4-8 weeks after ordering, but I’ve gotten both within 2 weeks each time. Well, guess I’ll be buying a new one in a few years. Thanks Xidax :)

Ordered my X-6 early January. After some part shortages, i contacted xidax and they were great communicating those issues. Great quality PC build. No hiccups and I can run any game on high or ultra settings no issues. The lifetime warranty is peace of mind and xidax even does upgrades. Definitely worth the wait and money. Thanks again Xidax
My home burned to the ground on December 7 2025. I thought I had lost my Xidax rig. But, we managed to get it out of what was left of my office. It was in a fire, drowned in water and had part of the collapsed roof on top of it. Took it to my parents house and opened her up, drained the water out, let it dry for several days hit it with an air compressor and vacuum. Today, December 11th, we hooked it up and it booted without an issue. Xidax machines are tanks.

My Tech Aspen was Great, He remoted in and fixed all my issues. I thought all my updates were automatic but they weren't. he updated and fixed everything. followed up the next day
Extremely happy with my system. I was dubious about liquid cooling and AMD but the system has performed flawlessly snd my frame rates are superb. I’ve built most of my systems and this was a leap of faith to have it built for me. No regrets, I highly recommend Xidax and when the time comes for a new build, I shall return here.
My rig had the components I ordered, and was fast, stable, and worked well out of the box. Their advisor was helpful and saved some time/money on the build process by pointing out that something I'd selected wouldn't benefit my build (and why), and support was quick and helpful as well when I had a cooling problem--fortunately it was just the case having a top panel that needed to come off. Less fortunate is that inside of a year,, the PSU died and the system had to be shipped back to replace that. Still happy with the purchase on the whole, and Xidax is definitely in consideration for the next system I buy.
Bought two of the Onami black both are amazing and look incredible Andrew was was very helpful in helping me get them setup and when one of them came in the the rgb lights were not working and tech support helped me get it fixed in minutes there is no competition to these people they are simply the best
I cannot say enough good things about my new X10. The shipping crate and box it came in were all the more proof of their premium service. And most importantly, after two weeks of stress testing the computer, there was not a single hitch or hiccup. They even let me ask for custom parts that were not part of their regular builds. All in all, I will definitely be purchasing from Xidax again.

The quiet monster I’ve always dreamed of was built for me. The people were excellent. I called the telephone number in the guy building my computer answers the phone. I never heard from the answering machine that send you in circles to eventually leave a message. my PC has a lifetime warranty. You can’t say that one too many places like none. These guys are very responsive to any changes you need. They’ll explain anything you need explained to you. They may even make suggestions that put cheaper equipment inside your computer then you were planning on spending and they did in mine. if I ever need another computer, they will be building it for me.
This is my 2nd PC from Xidax and I love it, will continue to support the company through referrals and future business if I upgrade in the future. The sales team is great to speak to, always helpful.

Order only took a week to arrive (2 days earlier than estimated), and other than taking a bit to figure out how this case opened, it works perfectly. Also, I was glad I read a previous comment about having to plug in the graphics card. My old computer, that I bought in 2008, could fit inside this case with room to spare.
