Xidax started in 2011 when a group of gamers in Salt Lake City got tired of off-the-shelf builds that broke, had bad support, and weren't built for how real gamers actually use their machines.
We believed then — and still believe now — that a gaming PC should be designed by someone who plays games, tested until it won't fail, and backed by a warranty that actually means something.
Every Xidax build is still designed & supported in Utah. Our team stress-tests every machine for 14 days before it ships. And every build is backed by lifetime service — our labor, for as long as you own it.
